The European Documentation Centre within the Academy of Economic Studies from Bucharest, together with the Compania organized an event in which it was launched the volume „Spre un nou medievalism economic - Scrierile economice ale lui Mircea Vulcănescu” (Mircea Vulcanescu’s Economic Writings), held on April, 6th, 2009.
The participants at the event were: the director of the Compania Mrs Adina Kenereş, Vasile Bozga, Constantin Popescu, Gabriel Popescu, Toma Roman, Marin Diaconu. Students, postgraduate students, librarians were also present.
In the opening of the event, Prof. Liviu Bogdan Vlad, the National coordinator of the EDCs outlined the part this European project will play in stimulating the reading interest for the new generation.
